TASK 1 : Gather information on an ongoing basis in order to collaborate with the OTR regarding factors that impact occupational performance.

TASK 2 : Contribute information regarding the impact of condition(s) and context(s) on the client’s occupational performance in order to assist the OTR in formulating an intervention plan.
