Select and implement evidence-based interventions to support participation in areas of occupation throughout the continuum of care.

TASK 1 : Select and implement activities for an intervention session consistent with prioritized client needs in order to achieve functional outcomes within areas of occupation.

TASK 2 : Collaborating with the OTR to recommend environmental modifications in order to enhance accessibility and mobility within context for optimizing occupational performance and/or enhance quality of life.

TASK 3 : Modify intervention sessions based on the client’s needs and responses in order to promote occupational performance.

TASK 4 : Apply the principles of health promotion, wellness, prevention, and/or educational programming based on client and community needs in order to serve as a resource for occupation based program activities.
