Select and implement evidence-based interventions to support participation in areas of occupation throughout the continuum of care.

TASK 1 : Select and implement interventions and approaches for an intervention session consistent with client factors and needs in order to achieve functional outcomes within areas of occupation.

TASK 2 : Recommend environmental modifications within context to optimize accessibility and mobility for maximizing occupational performance and/or enhancing quality of life.

TASK 3 : Modify intervention sessions based on the client’s needs and responses in order to promote occupational performance.

TASK 4 : Apply the principles of health promotion, wellness, prevention and/or educational programming based on client and community needs in order to provide information or serve as a resource consultant for occupation based program activities.
